Fight the Food Fight was AppHarvest’s bold introduction to the consumer market, transforming a jar of salsa into a symbol for change. The campaign brought the brand’s mission to life through packaging, photography, storytelling, and events, connecting everyday shoppers to a larger purpose. With a 360° rollout across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints, the launch inspired consumers to join the movement for a stronger food future.

By the Numbers:
The campaign achieved an 8.5% conversion rate, well above industry average, generated more than 589,000 impressions, and grew AppHarvest’s audience by 1.3% within the first month.

I was responsible for bringing Fight the Food Fight to life through brand development, design, and direction. From naming the campaign to designing packaging, collateral, and visual assets, I helped shape how AppHarvest introduced its mission to consumers.
